AGB (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen)

1. Pricing Policy

• All course prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the specific services, course level, or duration selected.
• Euro Bhasha reserves the right to revise pricing at any time prior to enrollment.

2. Return policy

• Students may withdraw from the course up to two weeks before the course start date and within one week after the class start date without any financial obligation.
• Course fees become payable after the first week of classes.
• Once the payment has been made, the fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, absence, or non-participation.
• Students are strongly advised to confirm their availability and interest before enrolling in any course.

3. Batch Repetition Policy

• If a student is unable to attend classes due to personal or professional reasons, they may repeat the same level at Euro Bhasha by paying 40% of the course fees for that level.
• The repetition privilege is subject to batch availability.

4. Batch Postponement

As Adya institute of langauge and culture conducts multiple batches simultaneously, there may be changes or postponements in the start date of a batch.

5. Change in Batch Timings

• Due to operational requirements, batch timings may change.
• In such cases,we  will make reasonable efforts to accommodate students in suitable alternative slots; however, no refund will be provided for timing adjustments.

6. Personal Interactions

Euro Bhasha is not responsible for any personal communications, connections, or relationships formed between students outside of the official classroom or batch groups.

7. Policy Updates

Euro Bhasha reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
